90° Dual-Flow Tee for Stove and Fireplace Flues
Product Description
The 90° Dual-Flow Tee, crafted from 2 mm black steel, is a specialised component for combining or splitting two flue gas streams. Its key feature is an integrated fixed divider, which, unlike a damper, allows for the simultaneous use of two channels. It is designed for connecting two heating appliances to a single chimney or for creating two parallel branches within one system.
Key Features
- Simultaneous Use of Two Channels: The internal fixed flow divider allows flue gases from two appliances to be vented into a single, common chimney stack at the same time.
- Reliable Construction with No Moving Parts: The absence of a damper makes the design simple and robust, eliminating the risk of mechanical jamming or failure.
- Durability and High-Temperature Resistance: The 2 mm thick wall and a TIG-welded seam provide high resistance to heat (Class T600), burn-through, and deformation. The component is rated Class G for soot fire resistance.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.

Important Limitations
- For Solid Fuel Appliances: Intended for use with wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, and solid-fuel boilers.
- Requires Flue Sizing Calculation: When connecting two appliances to a single chimney, ensure the cross-sectional area of the main chimney stack is sufficient for their simultaneous safe operation. A specialist consultation is required.
