Single Wall Black Steel Universal Adjustable Stove Flue Pipe Elbow with Two Cleanouts, 2 mm Thick
Description and Functionality
A universal segmented elbow, also known as a flue bend, made of 2 mm thick DC01 black steel is a multifunctional unit for building complex chimney systems. The structure consists of four independent rotary segments. By rotating them, the element allows not only changing the channel direction at an angle from 0° to 90°, but also creating S-shaped offsets to bypass beams, ceilings, or when there is a misalignment between the stove outlet and the wall inlet.
A key feature of the model is the presence of two built-in cleanouts (inspection hatches). The location of access points on different sections of the bend provides unhindered inspection and mechanical cleaning of the chimney even in configurations with complex geometry, where soot accumulates intensively.
Technical Advantages
- High variability: A four-segment design provides setup flexibility for adjustable bends. This allows adapting the chimney to structural constraints.
- Full service access: Two cleanouts allow servicing the system without dismantling the connecting pipes, ensuring safe operation throughout the season.
- Heat-resistant coating: Painted with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating is resistant to high temperatures, does not emit smoke or odor during use, and effectively protects the steel from corrosion.
- Durability: The 2 mm thick-walled steel maintains geometry under strong heating and has high resistance to burn-through (Class T600).

Mounting and Recommendations
After adjusting the segments and obtaining the required configuration, the joints of the sections and the connection to the main system (smooth end and socket, 50 mm insertion depth) should be treated with a heat-resistant stove sealant. Considering the complexity and weight of the element, mechanical fixation of the connections with steel rivets or screws is recommended.
To complete the vertical or horizontal connection section, a 1000 mm chimney pipe of the corresponding diameter is used.
Important Limitations
- Application: Designed for use with wood stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers. Not to be used with pellet boilers.
- Safety: Before each firing after cleaning, it is important to check the tight closure of both cleanout hatch covers.
- Installation zone: Designed exclusively for operation inside heated rooms.
