Single Wall Black Steel Adjustable Chimney Bend 0-45°, 2 mm Thick

Description and Functionality

An adjustable segmented chimney bend made of 2 mm thick DC01 black steel is designed for precise correction of the flue channel direction. The structure consists of two movable sections, the rotation of which allows smoothly setting a required rotation angle in the range from 0° to 45°.

This element is applied when the outlet collar of the heating appliance and the entrance to the main shaft are not on the same axis. If the connection geometry is known in advance and is exactly 45 degrees, the use of a rigid fixed 45° bend is recommended, as it possesses improved aerodynamics.

Mounting and Assembly

After fixing the angle, the joints of the sections and connections with pipes are treated with a stove sealant. For rigid fixation of the system, mechanical fastening with steel rivets or screws is recommended. The place where the pipe passes through the wall is covered with a decorative rosette.

For further extension of the chimney, a straight 1000 mm chimney pipe of the corresponding diameter is applied.

Important Limitations

• Application: Designed for use with wood stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers. Not to be used with pellet boilers.
• Location: Mounting is performed exclusively inside heated rooms.
