Black Steel Stove Pipe Elbow 90° with Inspection Hatch
Description and Purpose
The welded 90° flue elbow (bend) made of 2 mm thick DC01 black steel is designed to change the direction of the flue channel at a right angle. The structure, assembled from several welded segments, ensures a smooth turn of the flue gases, which minimizes draft resistance and reduces soot accumulation.
This model is equipped with a built-in inspection hatch located on the outer side of the bend. This solution allows for regular inspection and mechanical cleaning of combustion products from the system without the need to disassemble the flue connection.
Technical Advantages
- Welded Rigidity: The fixed angle and reliable segmented welding provide high mechanical strength and gas tightness of the element, which is critical for areas with increased thermal load.
- Maintenance Convenience: The gas-tight inspection hatch simplifies routine maintenance in the most hard-to-reach areas of the chimney.
- Heat-resistant Coating: Finished with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating polymerizes upon heating, does not emit odors during operation, and protects the metal from corrosion.
- Heat Output: The 2 mm thick steel effectively transfers heat into the room, acting as an additional heating source.
Product Specifications

Mounting and Operation
Connection of the elements is performed using the socket method. To ensure gas tightness, the joints should be sealed with a high-temperature stove sealant. For rigid fixation of vertical and horizontal sections, mechanical fastening with steel rivets or self-tapping screws is recommended.
To continue the flue channel after the bend, a straight 1000 mm flue pipe of the corresponding diameter is available in the assortment.
Important Limitations
- Application: Designed for use with wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers. Do not use with pellet boilers.
- Safety: After cleaning, ensure that the inspection hatch cover is installed tightly and hermetically.
- Installation Zone: Installation is permitted only indoors in heated premises.
