Single Wall Black Steel Radiator Stove Flue Pipe 500 mm, 2 mm Thick
Description and Operating Principle
A 500 mm radiator pipe is a chimney section made of DC01 black steel with convection fins welded along the outer perimeter. The product is installed as the first element of the system, directly onto the outlet collar of the stove or fireplace.
The main function of the element is the utilization of flue gas heat. Due to the presence of fins, the heat exchange area is significantly increased, allowing for efficient heat extraction from the exhaust smoke and faster heating of the room air. This increases the overall efficiency of the heating appliance and reduces fuel consumption.
Technical Advantages
- Energy efficiency: Intensive heat extraction allows obtaining more useful energy from each burned log, turning the chimney into an additional heat source.
- Reliability: The structure is made of 2 mm thick steel. High-quality welded seams and metal thickness ensure resistance to high thermal loads (class T600) and burn-through.
- Aesthetics and protection: The radiator pipe is coated with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating polymerizes upon heating, does not emit extraneous odors, and protects the steel from corrosion. The appearance of the product harmonizes with the design of cast iron stoves.

Mounting and Assembly
The radiator is installed using the plug-and-socket method (insertion depth 50 mm). To ensure gas tightness, the use of a heat-resistant stove sealant is recommended. For connection reliability, considering thermal expansion, mechanical fixation of the joints with steel rivets or screws is permissible.
Following the radiator, the chimney system is usually continued with a standard 1000 mm pipe to achieve the required height.
Important Limitations
- Fuel compatibility: Intended exclusively for wood stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers. Not suitable for pellet and gas boilers.
- Installation: Mounting is permitted only inside heated rooms. Due to the strong heating of the surface, it is necessary to maintain a safe distance from combustible materials.
