Description and Purpose
A black steel decorative ring, widely known as a chimney rosette or trim collar, is a finishing element for the flue system. Manufactured from 2 mm thick DC01 steel, the product is designed to decorate the pipe passage through a wall or ceiling. Installing the decorative ring allows hiding the gap between the pipe and the building structure, giving the connection a neat and finished appearance.
Due to the application of the same material and coating as the main pipes, the rosette visually blends with the chimney, creating the effect of a monolithic structure. Manufacturing of non-standard elements according to individual dimensions is available upon request.
Technical Advantages
- Dimensional stability: Unlike covers made of thin sheet metal, the 2 mm steel ring maintains its shape and flatness even when the pipe is strongly heated, without deforming over time.
- Mounting simplicity: The element does not require wall fastening. The ring is freely placed onto a pipe of the corresponding diameter and pushed closely to the surface.
- Heat-resistant coating: Painted with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating polymerizes during the first firing, does not emit odor, and protects the metal from corrosion.

Mounting and Assembly
The ring is placed onto the chimney pipe before its final connection or installation into the wall. Fixation occurs due to a tight fit or the application of high-temperature silicone (if necessary).
Important Limitations
- Functionality: The element performs exclusively a decorative function. It is not a fire penetration seal and does not insulate combustible wall structures from the heat of the pipe.
- Application: Designed for wood stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers.
