Single Wall Black Steel Adjustable Stove Flue Pipe 0-90° Elbow with Cleanout, 2 mm Thick
Description and Functionality
An adjustable segmented elbow, also known as a flue bend, made of 2 mm thick DC01 black steel is a versatile solution for chimney systems. The structure consists of several movable sections that allow manual adjustment of the channel rotation angle in the range from 0° to 90°. This makes it possible to precisely align chimney elements even with complex layouts or shifted connection axes.
This model is equipped with a built-in cleanout (inspection hatch). The presence of gas-tight access directly on the bend of the channel allows for regular inspection and mechanical cleaning of the system from soot without dismantling the connecting pipes.
Technical Advantages
- Versatile adjustment: Rotary segments provide smooth regulation, allowing any required angle to be set to bypass building structures or precisely enter the shaft.
- Maintenance convenience: The built-in cleanout simplifies routine chimney service in places of likely combustion product accumulation.
- Heat-resistant coating: Painted with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating is resistant to high temperatures, does not emit odors during operation, and protects the metal from corrosion.
- Structural reliability: The use of 2 mm thick-walled steel guarantees resistance to burn-through and deformation under thermal loads up to 600°C (Class T600).

Mounting and Assembly
After fixing the required angle, the elbow segments are connected to the other parts of the system using the plug-and-socket method (smooth end and socket, 50 mm insertion depth). To ensure complete gas tightness, the joints of the movable sections and pipe connections should be treated with a heat-resistant stove sealant. For rigid fixation of the system, mechanical fastening with steel rivets or screws is recommended.
As a straight section for gaining chimney height, a 1000 mm chimney pipe of the corresponding diameter is recommended.
Important Limitations
- Application: Designed for use with wood stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers. Not to be used with pellet boilers.
- Leak test: After cleaning the chimney, it is important to ensure that the cleanout hatch cover is tightly closed.
- Installation zone: Mounting is permitted only inside heated rooms.
