Description and Purpose
The 1000 mm flue pipe, manufactured from DC01 unalloyed low-carbon black steel (2 mm thick), is a fundamental element for constructing a flue gas evacuation system. The product is designed to connect wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers to the main chimney channel (ceramic, brick, or insulated steel).
The pipe is installed inside heated premises as the initial section of the chimney. Due to the high thermal conductivity of the steel and the absence of insulation, the element functions as an additional heat source, increasing the efficiency of the heating appliance. For precise height adjustments, 500 mm and 250 mm modules are also available in the assortment.

Mounting and Recommendations
Assembly is performed using the socket method (inserting one pipe into another). To ensure complete gas tightness, it is recommended to coat the joints with a high-temperature stove sealant (rated up to 1000°C). Additional mechanical fixation may be used if required.
To change the direction of the flue channel, use a 90° flue bend. If a connection to a vertical shaft is required, it should be performed via a 90° tee.
Important Limitations
- Fuel Type: Designed for solid fuel (firewood). Not recommended for pellet boilers with low flue gas temperatures to avoid the risk of moisture and condensate formation.
- Installation Zone: The pipe is uninsulated; therefore, installation is only permitted indoors. For penetrations through ceilings or walls, insulated double-wall (sandwich) pipes must be used.
