Description and Purpose
The 500 mm (0.5 m) flue pipe is used to form vertical or horizontal sections of the flue gas evacuation system when the installation of a standard 1000 mm pipe is not possible due to height restrictions or room configuration. If an even shorter section is required, the 250 mm module is recommended.
This element is often applied as an intermediate link between the heating appliance and the first flue turn. Like other modules in the series, the pipe is manufactured from 2 mm thick DC01 steel and finished with heat-resistant Senotherm paint, which maintains its properties at high temperatures.

Mounting and Recommendations
The pipe is joined with other elements using the socket method. For joint sealing, the application of a heat-resistant sealant is recommended. To prevent pipe displacement during thermal expansion, additional fixation with steel rivets or self-tapping screws is possible.
Typically, the next element in the system is a 90° elbow (for turning) or a tee (for connection to a vertical chimney).
Operating Limitations
- Do not use outside the building or in unheated zones (insulated sandwich pipes are required).
- Suitable only for solid fuel equipment (firewood, briquettes).
