Insulated Chimney Roof Flashing 35°-50°
Description and Purpose
The Roof Flashing with a slope of 35°–50° is a waterproofing element designed to seal the chimney exit point through a pitched roof with a steep slope.
This model features a cone welded at a sharp angle to the base. This allows the chimney to be installed strictly vertically even on roofs with a large height difference, ensuring proper water drainage and an aesthetic appearance.
Key Features
- For steep roofs: The geometry is specifically calculated for roofs with a strong incline, where standard flashings fail to ensure the verticality of the pipe.
- Leak protection: The extended cone length and wide base prevent water ingress even during strong winds and driving rain.
- System approach: This element does not seal the gap between the pipe and the cone by itself. For complete waterproofing, a storm collar is required.

Important Installation Recommendations
- Joint sealing: The technological gap between the pipe and the cone must be covered from above by a storm collar, after sealing the joint with heat-resistant silicone. This is a mandatory condition to protect against moisture getting inside.
- Laying rule: To ensure natural water runoff, the top edge of the base must be tucked under the roofing material (closer to the ridge), and the bottom edge should be laid over the roofing.
