Heavy Duty Chimney Support Console (Reinforced)
Description and Purpose
The Heavy Duty Support Console is a reinforced load-bearing element of increased strength. It is applied in cases where standard wall brackets cannot handle the load or installation conditions.
This typically occurs in two scenarios:
- Extreme Weight: The chimney is very high and heavy (for example, on industrial facilities or multi-story buildings).
- Large Offset: It is necessary to offset the chimney from the wall by a significant distance (for example, to bypass wide roof overhangs or communications).
Key Advantages
- Maximum Load Capacity: The construction represents a welded truss made of powerful steel profile pipes. It possesses the rigidity of a triangle, is certified according to the EN-1090-2 standard, and is capable of carrying the weight of heavy industrial chimney systems.
- Reliable Base: The console serves as the skeleton for installing the Base Support Platform. Together, they form a reliable assembly that allows for servicing the chimney from below (removing the condensate collector) without dismantling the pipe itself.
- Durability: Thick-walled structural steel S235 with high-quality powder coating or stainless steel ensures a service life comparable to the lifespan of the building.

Important Installation Recommendations
- Wall Requirements: Given the heavy weight of the structure and the leverage effect, installation is permitted only on solid load-bearing walls (concrete, solid brick).
- Fastening: It is recommended to use heavy-duty anchors or through-bolts with backing plates on the reverse side of the wall.
