Rafter and Joist Support 1000 mm IZOKOMPAKT
Description and Purpose
The rafter and joist support (clamp with extended consoles) is an element for the spatial fixation of the chimney. It is used where the pipe passes through inter-floor ceilings, attics, and the roof system.
Main Task: To rigidly fix the chimney centrally in a wide opening between beams or rafters. This prevents the pipe from swaying due to wind and guarantees that the hot chimney will not shift or touch wooden structures, maintaining safe fire safety distances.
Key Features
- Versatile Installation: The set consists of a clamp and support profiles. You can fix the chimney between two beams (using 2 supports) or pull it to one rafter leg (using 1 support).
- On-site Adjustment: Increased support length – 1000 mm – allows mounting the chimney even in wide rafter spans. If necessary, the excess length of the profile can be easily cut off on-site.
- Reliable Construction: The product is made of welded profile pipes (certificate EN-1090-2).

Important Warning (Safety)
- Not a Load-Bearing Support: This mount works only for horizontal retention (to prevent the pipe from swaying). It is NOT designed to support the vertical weight of the chimney. The chimney must rest on a mounting platform or wall brackets.
- Fire Clearances: Use this mount to strictly fix the pipe at a safe distance from combustible materials of the ceiling (according to the norms for your type of pipe).
