Chimney Rafter / Ceiling Support Bracket 1000 mm
Description and Purpose
The Rafter / Ceiling Support Bracket (clamp with extended console arms) is an element for the spatial fixation of the chimney. It is used in places where the pipe passes through inter-floor ceilings, attics, and the roof system.
Main Task: To rigidly fix the chimney in the center of a wide opening between beams or rafters. This prevents the pipe from swaying in the wind and guarantees that the hot chimney will not shift and touch wooden structures, maintaining safe fire clearances.
Key Features
- Universal mounting: The set consists of a clamp and steel profiles (mounting arms). You can secure the chimney between two beams (using 2 supports) or anchor it to a single rafter leg (using 1 support).
- On-site adjustment: The extended arm length — 1000 mm — allows for mounting the chimney even in wide rafter spans. If necessary, excess profile length can be easily cut off with an angle grinder on site.
- Robust construction: The product is made of welded steel profiles (EN-1090-2 certificate) and powder-coated to protect against corrosion.
Technical Specifications
The bracket is selected based on the outer diameter of the chimney.
| Product type | Lateral Support Bracket (Extended) |

Important Safety Warning
- Not a load-bearing support: This bracket works only for lateral (horizontal) stability (preventing the pipe from wobbling). It is not designed to support the vertical weight of the chimney. The chimney stack must rest on a base platform or load-bearing wall brackets.
- Fire clearances: Use this bracket to strictly fix the pipe at a safe distance from combustible ceiling materials (according to the norms for your type of chimney).
