250 mm Insulated Chimney Pipe
Description
The 250 mm insulated pipe is the shortest straight module in the IZOKOMPAKT system. Like the larger segments, it features a full sandwich construction with 50 mm of high-density insulation.
Main application:
This compact module is designed for precise height adjustments of the chimney. It is used when a 500 mm or 1000 mm pipe is too long to fit the required dimensions (e.g., connecting to the boiler or passing through a specific roof section).
Advantages of the IZOKOMPAKT system
- High-density insulation (100 kg/m³): We use rigid rock wool of high density. Unlike soft insulation materials, it does not settle or sag over time. This means no voids will form inside the pipe, and the outer casing will not overheat even after years of use.
- Reliable steel: The inner liner is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304L or 316L). It withstands aggressive environments effectively and protects the chimney from burnout and corrosion.
- Fire safety: The product carries the CE marking and complies with the European fire safety standard EN 1856-1.

Installation Tips
To ensure the chimney serves long and safely, follow these simple rules:
- Joints: Be sure to fasten every pipe joint with a Locking Band. This prevents the pipes from separating.
- Stability: Insulated chimneys are heavy. To ensure vertical alignment and stability, use Wall Brackets every 2-3 meters.
- Components: Use Insulated Elbows for turning the chimney, and a Tee for connecting to the boiler.
