500 mm Insulated Chimney Pipe
Description
The 500 mm (0.5 m) insulated pipe is a standard module of the IZOKOMPAKT double-wall chimney system. It has the same construction as the 1-meter pipe (inner liner + insulation + outer casing) but is half the length.
Main application:
This module is used when the total height of the chimney does not require a full 1-meter section, or to adjust the chimney height relative to the roof ridge or ceiling. It fits seamlessly with all other elements of the system.
Advantages of the IZOKOMPAKT system
- High-density insulation (100 kg/m³): We use rigid rock wool of high density. Unlike soft insulation materials, it does not settle or sag over time. This means no voids will form inside the pipe, and the outer casing will not overheat even after years of use.
- Reliable steel: The inner liner is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304L or 316L). It withstands aggressive environments effectively and protects the chimney from burnout and corrosion.
- Fire safety: The product carries the CE marking and complies with the European fire safety standard EN 1856-1.

Installation Tips
- Fixation: Secure the connection with a locking band (clamp).
- Geometry: If the 500 mm pipe is used for a horizontal section (wall pass-through), be sure to install a Wall Bracket to secure the pipe's position.
- Compatibility: Can be connected directly to 1000 mm pipes, 250 mm pipes, elbows, or tees.
