1000 mm Insulated Chimney Pipe
Description
The 1-meter insulated pipe is the main component for assembling the IZOKOMPAKT double-wall chimney system. The "sandwich" construction consists of an inner liner, a layer of insulation, and an outer casing. It is suitable for all types of heating appliances: gas boilers, wood stoves, fireplaces, and saunas.
The main task of the insulation layer is to retain heat inside the flue. This ensures a quick warm-up of the chimney, creates a strong draft, and significantly reduces condensate formation. The insulated pipe allows for safe smoke extraction along the building facade or through ceilings and roofs.
If you need to adjust the chimney height to a specific dimension, use shorter modules (fully compatible with 1-meter pipes):
Advantages of the IZOKOMPAKT system
- High-density insulation (100 kg/m³): We use rigid rock wool of high density. Unlike soft insulation materials, it does not settle or sag over time. This means no voids will form inside the pipe, and the outer casing will not overheat even after years of use.
- Reliable steel: The inner liner is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304L or 316L). It withstands aggressive environments effectively and protects the chimney from burnout and corrosion.
- Fire safety: The product carries the CE marking and complies with the European fire safety standard EN 1856-1.

Installation Tips
To ensure the chimney serves a long time and remains safe, follow these simple rules:
- Fixation: Secure every pipe joint with a locking band (clamp). This prevents the pipes from separating.
- Support: An insulated chimney is heavy. To prevent the lower pipes from buckling under weight, use wall brackets every 2-3 meters.
- Components: Use insulated elbows for turns and tees for connecting to the boiler.
