Adjustable Chimney Wall Bracket 550-650 mm
Description and Purpose
The adjustable wall bracket with a stand-off range of 550–650 mm is a specialized extra-long element for mounting the chimney at a very large distance from the wall. It is used to bypass wide architectural projections or massive roof eaves.
The robust welded construction with threaded rods allows for adjusting the offset within the range of 55 to 65 cm.
Important Distinction: Load and Support
- Base Platform Required: Since the extension exceeds 500 mm, the leverage load on the mount becomes critical. The manufacturer recommends using this bracket primarily for lateral fixation (keeping the pipe vertical). The main weight of the chimney stack must be transferred to a Base Support Platform installed at the foundation.
- Reinforced fixation: Installing a bracket with such a large "lever arm" requires an exceptionally reliable base (concrete, solid brick) and professional heavy-duty anchors.
Technical Specifications
The bracket is selected based on the outer diameter of the chimney.
| Product type | Adjustable Wall Bracket (Extra Long) |
| Adjustment range | 550 mm – 650 mm |
| Material options | S235 or Stainless steel AISI 304 |
| Available diameters (outer) | 200, 225, 250, 280, 300 mm |
Other Distance Options
If you need a smaller offset, choose a shorter and more rigid model:
- Distance 50 – 150 mm (Load-bearing capable)
- Distance 150 – 250 mm (Load-bearing capable)
- Distance 250 – 350 mm (Load-bearing capable)
- Distance 350 – 450 mm (Load-bearing capable)
- Distance 450 – 550 mm
Installation Recommendations
- Spacing: Recommended installation pitch is 1.5 - 2 meters.
- Safety: Given the large overhang, do not load the bracket with the weight of the entire chimney if the wall is made of porous materials (aerated concrete, hollow blocks) without using through-bolts or chemical anchors.
