Adjustable Chimney Wall Bracket 450-550 mm
Description and Purpose
The adjustable wall bracket with a stand-off range of 450–550 mm is an extended fastening element used in situations where the chimney needs to be offset from the wall by a significant distance (for example, due to wide eaves or architectural projections).
The design allows for smooth adjustment of the distance from 45 to 55 cm, ensuring precise vertical positioning of the flue pipe.
Important: Load and Support Rule (500 mm)
This bracket operates in a borderline load range. Please pay strict attention to the 500 mm rule regarding weight distribution:
- Up to 500 mm extension: If you extend the bracket no more than 500 mm, its rigidity is sufficient to support the vertical weight of the chimney (Load-bearing function).
- Over 500 mm extension: If the installation requires maximum reach (closer to 550 mm), the leverage load increases significantly. In this case, the manufacturer recommends relieving the weight load from the bracket by installing a Base Support Platform at the bottom of the chimney. The bracket will then perform only the function of lateral fixation (keeping the pipe vertical).

The bracket is selected based on the outer diameter of the chimney.

Installation Recommendations
- Spacing: Recommended installation pitch is 1.5 - 2 meters.
- Fastening: Given the large overhang, use only reliable heavy-duty facade anchors capable of withstanding increased torque and pull-out loads.
