Chimney Floor Support Stand
Universal Chimney Floor Support Stand
Description and Purpose
The Floor Support Stand (often called a "support chair") is a load-bearing structure in the form of a welded frame. It serves as the foundation for the chimney system when wall mounting is impossible or impractical.
The stand takes on the vertical weight of the chimney. This solution is suitable for industrial buildings, boiler rooms, or private houses where the chimney passes at a significant distance from the walls or where the walls do not have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Key Advantages
- Placement Freedom: Allows installing the chimney at any point in the room where there is a solid floor.
- Ideal Starter Base: The frame design is developed specifically for installing the Base Support Platform. The upper frame holds the platform, while the open space at the bottom allows for free placement and maintenance of the condensate collector.
- Custom Manufacturing: We manufacture stands of any height to order. This allows you to perfectly align the tee level with your boiler's outlet without unnecessary pipe cutting.
- Reliability: The fully welded construction made of steel profiles possesses a huge safety margin.
Technical Specifications
The stand is manufactured for a specific diameter and required connection height.

Important Installation Recommendations
- Foundation Requirements: The stand must be installed on a level, non-combustible, and solid floor (concrete screed, foundation) capable of supporting the weight of the entire chimney column.
- Assembly: To assemble a complete unit, you will need the stand itself, a Base Support Platform (which rests on the frame), and a Tee with a condensate collector.
