IZOKOMPAKT - insulated stainless steel flues

IZOKOMPAKT - high quality insulated (double wall or sandwich type) flue systems made of heat and acid resistant stainless steel 0,6 mm AISI304L/316L. The modular stainless steel insulated flues consist of an inner casing (stainless steel plate 0,6mm to 1,2mm EN 1.4404/EN 1.4301 (AISI304L/316L)) with 50mm thick insulation (fire resistant basalt rock wool 1000°C) and an outer casing of stainless steel, galvanised tin or PE (painted tin with polymer coated polyester). In the case of painted steel, the customer can choose the desired colour from the catalogue and match it to, for example: the colour of the facade. We use basalt insulating wool, which protects the flue pipes from cooling and condensation and improves the quality of the product. This insulation material is designed for temperatures up to 1000°C. The inner wall and the flue pipe connections are made of stainless, acid- and heat-resistant steel, wall thickness 0,6 mm (individual parts and smaller diameters are made of 0,5 mm thickness for technological reasons). The inner pipe is symmetrically centred in relation to the outer casing, which guarantees a quick and easy assembly.
The inner pipe longitudinal seam is welded, which guarantees the hermetic and mechanical resistance of the flue pipe.

The IZOKOMPAKT insulated flue system is suitable for all heating units operating with solid fuels (ovens, fireplaces, stoves, sauna stoves, solid fuel boilers) and central heating boilers (standard gas, oil, solid fuel, pellet).

The flue system manufactured by SIA Akvilon is certified, CE marked and complies with the requirements of LVS EN-1856-1 standard required in Latvia and EU countries. Only certified and tested materials are used in their production.

Advantages

  • The round form of the metal flue ensures better draught (the condensation limit in steel flues is exceeded within a few minutes, therefore the harmful effect of corrosive substances on the inner walls of the flue is short-lived)

  • Stainless steel warms up quickly and the cooling process is relatively slow due to the thermal insulation, which ensures good draught practically as soon as the heating appliance is started

  • Easy and quick assembly. A large selection of flue connection elements helps to assemble systems of any configuration, to solve problems with condensate removal and flue cleaning quickly. It is possible to order non-standard elements and to manufacture to the customer's design and dimensions. They can be mounted in a pre-built house; they can be built indoors and ducted through the roof; they can be placed along the external wall of a building. The roof part of the flue can be made in the roof colour.

  • Stainless steel is resistant to high temperatures (up to 750°C)

  • Easy construction. Due to its low weight, the flue system does not require a special platform and can be built from any floor of the house.

  • Perfectly smooth inner flue wall, the flue pipe does not collect soot

  • Condensation resistant

  • Can be bent into curved shapes

  • Aesthetic appearance
