Cylindrical ventilation cowl with base serves for creation of additional draught in ventilation ducts and protects them from unfavourable weather conditions, strengthens natural draught in ventilation duct. The cylindrical deflector has a smaller radius than the spherical deflector, which provides a more compact arrangement when installing several deflectors in a row.

The cylindrical ventilation cowl with base is made of galvanised steel and aluminium.
It is equipped with additional rotating elements - turbine head and blades. The blades are made of light metals.
The rotating mechanism uses a bearing that makes the blades rotate even in low wind flow.
