Cyclones
Aspiration systems Cyclone
Cyclones are centrifugal collectors of dust and fine particles. They are simple in design, economical and reliable in operation. Air cleaning efficiency in cyclones reaches 97-98%, and in modernised cyclones up to 99%.
The cyclone's operating principle is based on the transfer of rotational motion to the air flow between the outer and inner cylinders and on the use of centrifugal forces to separate dust from the flow. The use of a cyclone helps to protect the filter material, which receives the air after the cyclone, from being overloaded with large particles.
The cyclone is suitable for a capacity of 1,000-62,500 m3/h (fan not included).
Support legs and other structural elements not included, shipped separately.
