Technical information about SIA Aquilon aspiration systems

 SIA Akvilon manufactures standard aspiration system pipes, bends, T-pieces, collectors, concentric and eccentric transition pipes and other facade parts in galvanised tin and black steel. 

Features: 

• Pipes and fittings are made of 0,7 and 0,9 mm thick galvanised steel sheets or 1,5 and 2,0 mm black steel, painted grey

• Hermetic welding technology

• Pipes and fittings are available in diameters from Ø 100 to Ø 1250 mm

• The height of the rolled edge is approximately 5-10 mm

• Standard pipes are available in lengths of 1500, 1250, 1000 and 500 mm

• 1D, 1.5D and 2D bend radius

• Without rivets, bolts or welding - the connecting component uses only clamps (pull rings) or flanges (cross-bolted).

Tightness:

TIG welding ensures the highest system hermeticity. 
Welding is carried out longitudinally along the entire length of the pipe, it is aesthetic and mechanically robust.

Dimensions and joining technology

Diameters and lengths

The standard diameters of the shells are D100-D1250 mm.

Standard pipe lengths:

• up to 1000 mm
• 1000 mm
• 1250 mm
• 1500 mm*

*Considered according to material and production possibilities.

Clamps or steel flanges are used to connect the pipes together.

Rolling

For standard galvanised tin pipes and other fittings with a thickness of 0.7 mm - 1.0 mm, a 5-10 mm flange is rolled on both sides.

Quick systems with clamps

A quick clamp is applied to the cross-roll between the two pipes and is the main connecting element in Aspiration "Quick" systems, ensuring quick assembly and disassembly.

Flange systems for high pressures

High-pressure systems use pipes with a thickness of 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm and flange connection technology.

Bends

Bends are available for both the Quick system and the Flange system at 90/60/45/30/15° or other angles as required.

The standard radius is R=1.5 x D ( diameter)
