Galvanized Steel Distribution Manifolds

Steel distribution manifolds are the central distribution hubs of a radial ventilation system. They receive supply air from the heat recovery unit and evenly distribute it through flexible ducts to each room. The use of steel manifolds guarantees the durability of the concealed unit and reliable protection of the air ducts against mechanical damage.

The single, heavy-duty body of the manifolds is made of high-density galvanized steel. This allows for confident concealed installation: the rigid structure does not deform even when directly poured with heavy concrete into the floor screed. For additional acoustic and thermal protection, an option with factory-applied rubber insulation is available (index «I» in the article number).

Key Advantages

  • Space-saving installation in floor screeds: Ultra-low body profile — only 82 mm for Ø75 mm air ducts. This allows the distribution unit to be hidden in a standard screed without the need to increase the overall floor height.
  • Balanced flow without noise: Special guides (deflectors) are integrated into the design of double-row manifolds. They equalize the pressure inside the chamber, ensuring that the air is distributed evenly to all ducts without creating turbulent humming.
  • Flexible connection options: Three types of spigots (OC, PK, GM) allow you to find the optimal balance between the project budget and the installation speed on site.

Connection System Options

  • OC System (Galvanized Steel): A classic and highly reliable base solution. The spigots feature stiffening ribs, and the flexible pipe is secured with metal clips. To ensure the airtightness of the connections, separate rubber seals must be used on the pipe.
  • PK System (Plastic): An option for accelerated installation. Plastic spigots are equipped with a built-in end seal. The flexible air duct is instantly secured with special plastic locking pins.
  • GM System (Elastic Polymer): Fast installation technology. The spigots are made of an elastic, chemically resistant polymer that retains flexibility even at -50°C. A double seal is integrated inside the spigot — assembly takes seconds without the need to purchase and install additional gaskets.

Available Configurations (Ø75 mm Standard)

  • Single-row manifolds: Base geometry for standard layout. The classic shape makes it easy to position the unit along walls or in narrow niches.
  • Double-row manifolds: A solution for systems with a large number of outlets (up to 18 ports). They save mounting zone width, while built-in deflectors ensure an even distribution of the airflow.
  • With flat inlet (200x50 / 200x90 mm): A practical solution for projects with strict height restrictions. They allow connecting a flat main duct while maximizing the finished ceiling height.
  • Asymmetrical manifolds: Designed for non-standard layouts when the building architecture requires routing all flexible ducts in a single direction.
  • Square manifolds: Optimal for central unit placement. They allow flexible air ducts to be routed in a radial pattern in all 4 directions, minimizing the length of each individual duct run.
  • Duct crossover sections: Engineering elements with 1, 2, and 3 outlets for the safe and compact crossing of flexible air duct routes in a single plane without increasing the screed thickness.
