IZOKOMPAKT

 Description

IZOKOMPAKT - insulated stainless steel flues

IZOKOMPAKT - high quality insulated (double wall or sandwich type) flue systems in heat and acid resistant stainless steel 0,6 mm AISI304L/316L. The modular stainless steel insulated flues consist of an inner flue (stainless steel sheet from 0,6 mm to 1,2 mm EN 1.4404/EN 1.4301 (AISI304L/316L)) with 50 mm thick insulation (refractory basalt rock wool 1000°C) and an outer casing of stainless steel, galvanised tin or PE (painted tin with polyester polymer coating). In the case of painted tin, the customer can choose the desired colour from the catalogue, matching it e.g. to the colour of the facade. We use basalt insulating wool, which protects the flue pipes from cooling and condensation and improves the quality of the product. This insulation material is designed for temperatures up to 1000°C. The inner wall and the flue pipe fittings are made of stainless, acid- and heat-resistant steel, wall thickness 0,6 mm (individual parts and small pipe diameters are made from 0,5 mm thickness for technological reasons). The inner pipe is symmetrically centred in relation to the outer casing, which guarantees a quick and easy assembly.
The longitudinal seam of the inner pipe is welded, which guarantees the airtightness and mechanical resistance of the flue pipe.
The IZOKOMPAKT insulated flue system is suitable for all solid fuel heating appliances (stoves, fireplaces, cookers, sauna stoves, solid fuel boilers) and central heating boilers (standard gas, oil, solid fuel, pellet).
The flue system manufactured by SIA Akvilon is certified, CE marked and complies with the requirements of LVS EN-1856-1 standard mandatory in Latvia and EU countries, only certified and tested materials are used in their production.

Advantages

  • The circular shape of metal flues provides better draught (the condensation limit in steel flues is exceeded within a few minutes, so that the harmful effects of corrosive substances on the inner walls of the flue are short-lived)
  • Stainless steel heats up quickly and the cooling process is relatively slow thanks to the thermal insulation, which ensures good draught virtually immediately after the heating appliance is started
  • Easy and quick assembly.  A large selection of flue connection elements helps to assemble systems of any complexity, to solve problems with condensate removal and flue cleaning quickly. It is possible to order non-standard elements and to manufacture to the customer's exact sketches and dimensions. They can be installed in a pre-built house; they can be built indoors and ducted through the roof; they can be installed along the external wall of a building. The roof part of the chimney can be made in the roof colour
  • Stainless steel is resistant to high temperatures (up to 750C)
  • Easy construction. Due to its low weight, the flue system does not require a special base and can be built from any floor of the house
  • Ideal smooth inner flue wall, the flue pipe does not collect soot
  • Condensation resistant
  • Can be formed into curved forms
  • Aesthetic appearance
