Single wall oval flue system T600

Oval Single-Wall Flues RENOFAST

Oval flue liners are an optimal engineering solution for modernizing rectangular brick shafts. This shape allows for much more efficient use of the rectangular flue cross-section compared to a round pipe.

The company SIA Akvilon manufactures RENOFAST systems at its own production facility in Riga. We use industrial TIG welding, which guarantees the tightness of the seam. The products are certified according to the EN 1856-2:2009 standard (Requirements for metal flues and liners).

Our Advantages

Why professionals and private clients choose Akvilon flues:

  • Purchase from the manufacturer: You work directly with us, getting a fair price without middleman markups.
  • Products in stock: We maintain a constant stock of main items. You don't have to wait for weeks — you can come and buy.
  • Convenient logistics: Arrange fast delivery (in Latvia and the EU) or pick up your order at our warehouse (local pickup).
  • EN 1856-2 Standard: The CE marking confirms that the products have passed factory production control and are safe to operate.

If you need installation, we also offer professional flue lining services.

Oval or Round: What is the difference?

When choosing a liner for a standard brick shaft, you face a geometric limitation. The maximum diameter of a round pipe is dictated by the narrow side of the shaft. The cross-sectional area of such a pipe is often insufficient for powerful boilers, while the corners of the shaft remain unused.

The oval liner solves this problem. For example: A 220x115 mm pipe easily fits into a 250–270x140 mm channel, and in terms of its flow capacity, it is compatible with devices requiring a D-160 or even D-180 mm outlet. You get the capacity of a large pipe that physically fits into a narrow shaft.

Materials: Which system to choose?

We offer two execution options for different tasks:

RENOFAST 600 (AISI 304) — Base

A universal solution that we always keep in stock. AISI 304 steel is suitable for most cases: wood stoves, fireplaces, sauna stoves, and standard solid fuel boilers. An excellent combination of price and reliability.

RENOFAST 600 Plus (AISI 316L) — Acid-resistant

A version made of steel with molybdenum addition. Mandatory for systems with aggressive condensate: diesel boilers, as well as industrial facilities with high requirements for corrosion resistance.

Full Range of Elements

Our catalog contains all the necessary parts for a "turnkey" flue installation:

Basic Elements

Pipes: Straight sections 1m, 0.5m, and 0.25m.

Tees: Connections 90° and 45° (entry from the narrow or wide side).

Inspection doors: For inspection and cleaning.

Fittings

Elbows: Angles 45° and 90° (bend from the narrow or wide side).

Condensate collection: Condensate collectors with an outlet.

Assembly

Terminations: Rain caps, storm collars, and cover plates.

Transitions: Adapters from oval to round for boiler connection.

Dimensions and Compatibility

The table below shows which masonry channel each oval size is designed for and with which device flue outlet diameter (D) it is compatible.

Oval Size (AxB) Recommended Brick Channel Compatible with Outlet
180 x 115 mm 200 x 140 mm D-130 or D-150 mm
220 x 115 mm 250–270 x 140 mm D-160 or D-180 mm

* The dimensions of standard brick channels are indicated. The oval liner is also suitable for any other shafts in which it fits according to its dimensions.
